MediaSmart has stopped working

Hello, I bought an HP desktop (P6236) computer in January 2010, and since the beginning MediaSmart does not work correctly. I am connected to the network with a livebox 2. Once i start Mediasmart a message indicates that MediaSmart has ceased to function closing the program.

And wired thing is when i disconnect my livebox 2 software works without crashing and errors. And If I reconnect and restart the computer, it no longer works. Note that My livebox works perfectly with other PCs.

Do you think that we should return the PC, as it is new?
