Native screen resolution of my LCD stopped coming in display settings list

Native screen resolution of my Acer X193W wide screen LCD stopped coming in display settings after i installed some game booster programs, namely game booster and game gain. I tried everything up till restoring the system to the day when resolution was fine. I have Intel GMA3100 with latest drivers. My OS is Win xp sp2. Help me out guys
