PCI Video card (not express) for older Dell

I use a 3+ year old Dell Dimension 2400 at work and I want to upgrade the video card. What is the best, bang for your buck, PCI (not express) video card I can buy for $10 - $100?

    WinXP SP3
    2Gb ram

    Thanks
