This issue seems to be related with the graphic card drivers been corrupted. You need check out for the corrupted files of the installed drivers and then reinstall it by using the utility disc. The Intel gigabyte utility disc should have the display drivers for the video graphic card. Just check out for the thing and make sure that it does not get worn off. This should be relevant with the specified solution in making the visual screens distorted image perfect.

You should perform a clean windows 7 RTM boot. This has to be taken into consideration that the screen do not shows up improper screen visual in the safe mode. Check running the process in safe mode and then analyze whether it shows up the same scenario or case. You have to take care of the type or format of the video interface. DVI or HDMI. Accordingly then you have to update and install the drivers for the same.

he issue that your visual screen shows weird image or output is most probably due to the incompatibility of the video interface card. This might be the reason that the system or the screen shows distorted image. You need to contact to the manufacturer of the graphic video interface card. This would lend you in knowing the featured compatibility of the the card with the operating system.

This depends on the slots where your vga card is been installed in. The possible thing you need to do is as follows:

    1) Install the PCI express vga card on the gigabyte motherboard that you ar using.
    2) Install the card on PCIE2 slot by inserting it onto it.
    3) Now adjust it to the default settings.
    4) Switch the card when it is working properly.

Hope this should help you out.
