ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470 or Nvidia Mobile GeForce 8400GS

I am looking for information on this two graphics card. ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470 and nVIDIA Mobile GeForce 8400GS, can any one tell me which one is best. What are extra features offer by the ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470 over nVIDIA Mobile GeForce 8400GS.
