Ati radeon hd 3200 graphics card error

I recently upgraded my system. I have installed ati radeon hd 3200 graphics card but the problem is i can not use that card while playing game as well as in high graphics application. I tried to solve the problem by reinserting card, in the device manager it is detected but it shows "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

This error occur if graphics card drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner. To solve the problem remove the ati radeon hd 3200 card and then reset it. Check your cmos battery,try removing and then swaping ram out.

Your ati radeon hd 3200 card may be falling, but let's try one more thing. Turn off computer, open the case, and clean it inside, using compressed air. Remove video card, hold fans blades with a chopstick, or a pencil, and give the fan a nice cleaning, as well.Clean ati radeon hd 3200 card connectors with an eraser. Put it back.Restart computer.
