question GTX 285 on PCI Express 1.0

I am very interested in purchasing the following graphics card: 1GB GTX285 PCI-Express Video Card. However, I was wondering if it will fit in my system as regards requirements. My system includes the following : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz @ 2.45GHz, 3Gb Ram, Windows 7 Ultimate, Asus P5LD2 SE motherboard with PCI Express (not 2.0) and a 700W power supply with two 6 pin connectors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

GTX 285 on PCI Express 1.0 will fit in your PC because it requires 575 W power supply and your PC have 700W power supply. It requires PCI slot and slot space must be 2. So buy that graphics card. It decrease the power consumption by 53 W. This power decrease should reduce the heat so it is beneficial for you from all point of view.
