Coaxial cable to LCD TV

My Tv just died and I'm thinking of just getting Benq SE2231 LCD Tv.

I checked online of Benq SE2231 LCD Tv's input terminals, they are:
HDMI
DV1 (through HDMI)
DVI-Audio L/R
Component (Y/Pb/ Pr) + Audio
S-Video(Y/C)
Composite
D-Sub
PC Audio

How can I connect my cable tv straight to the LCD tv?

I don't want to use a tv tuner inside the pc as I want to view the tv with the pc turned off.

Is there such a thing as Coaxial tv cable to HDMI adapter?

Well, I think you cannot convert directly coaxial to HDMI, but you can use a external device to convert it in serveral formats.

No cable tv straight to LCD's?

It's funny cuz it reminds me back in 1990 when we had our first cable tv, they provided us with a box and a remote control to view 20 channels.

There is a converter which converts Analog Coax to Audio-Video Which gives you two audio and one video outputs. That may be helpful to you...
