Which is better among Nvidia Geforce GT230 or GTX 275

Hi,
Soon I am going to get a new computer. I had seen the configuration on a site. I need some suggestions regarding two different graphic cards. Among Nvidia Geforce GT230 and GTX 275 which is better for gaming performance. I am getting one from it in second had price value. So if my model is better it will help out to perform some saving. Thanks of any suggestions.

GT230, is a 40 nm chip supporting DirectX 10.1, He attributed the presence of 64 to 96 stream processors and the ability to work with memory type GDDR-5. Here is a list of some hardware which can fit better to your needs. First if you going for GTX 270 then I will recommend you to use Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Processor with atleast 4gigs of RAM. You must get a 896 MB ddr3 geforce GTX 275 with a dual layer DVD burner which is optional. If you can go for a higher version then it is much better. See for more better configurations.

I myself have a GT230 system which seems too good for multimedia and office rather than for modern games. The only challenging game I've tested is Need for Speed Shift. Running smoothly during the race with relatively high Details 4x AA and 1920x1080er resolution. But we still remember that the card there is reaching its limits. The pc with the gt230 has just over 4 gb RAM and 500 gb hard drive is better and enough.
