Good Graphic Card around 4000 Rs

i need a Graphics card which has good value for money under 4000 rupees ? any suggestions gamers ?

I think you should go for the NVIDIA 8600 GT, which is the best value for money medium budget GPU and you can get it at cost of 3.7k. For more information you can check out the following link. the best graphics card at the moment is either the gtx 295, or the 5870. The ATI and the NVIDIA selection are the same. Both of these high tech graphics cards above are able to be put in SLI, so you have double the power. The gtx 295 have 2 processing cores in each card, so it would be like quad sli.

one of my friend suggested 9500gt which is also 3.7k, so out of there two which one should i go for ? and i would be pleased to know the price of 9600gt or 9600gso ? and which of them can out perform the other.

The prices are a pretty good reflection of the performance you are going to get. If you are tight on cash, go with the 9600 GSO. While the 9600 GT has 64 stream processors running at 1.625GHz, the 9600 GSO has 96, although they run at a slower 1.375GHz. To further confuse matters, the 9600 GT has a superior memory subsystem and talks to its 512MB of GDDR3, which runs at 900MHz (1.8GHz effective), via a 256-bit memory controller. It is a good card and will give you the performance you need.

9800gt will be the best graphic card to buy its cost is around 6500 to 7500/- rs and its a powerful heavy duty graphic card supports directx fully
plus it will be of 1gb ram and has a 800 mhz processor inbuilt
play pc as well as playstation 2 games like a robust like god of warin ps2 runs like butter in this graphic card my advise 9800gt sure shot
or 9400gt which is of 3,700 of 1gb ram and has 400 mhz processor

if u r a hardcore player like me than go with nvidi 200 series it supports directx11 also

i knw 9800gt is good deal. but ma pocket wont allow it..........

and one more thing is Galaxy graphics cards are available here in india
its says that Galaxy 9500 GT OC(OC- over clocked) is a good deal for the money and comparatively a strong performer when compared with other 9500gt versions ?
