Re: ATI Radeon HD 5750 temperatures and overclocking

The temperatures recorded through the ATI Catalyst driver panel, stressed the particular efficiency of the system is dissipating and the low temperatures whose work developed by ATI and the GPU for the mainstream market. Under intense workloads, the board has never reached the 65 ° temperature, maintaining a quiet operation particularly worthy of note. As the solution of heat dissipation can be used by Sapphire better than reference the chip RV840 certainly lends itself to operating temperatures so contained.

Major upgrade is to the BIOS, Radeon HD 5750 overclocking can reach through the Catalyst driver control panel, the maximum clock frequency of 870 MHz (with the previous version the limit was 800 MHz) switch between 700 MHz reference solution at 870 MHz allows you to enjoy a decent performance gain quite sensitive. Particularly low temperatures observed during the operation with standard frequencies were also a further incentive to try to bring the card to high operating frequencies. The ability to easily increase this frequency of operation allows you to have an increase of about 9%.
