Problem of games or graphics bug

I just installed Windows 7 6.1 7100 64 bit. I install my new game Need for Speed. I first installed the ati catalyst drivers contained in the graphics card cd.

I start the game, I put the language, the EA Games logo appears and then it stopped moving. Impossible to go back on Windows, I have to restart the pc. I just get the pc by running dxdiag, I noticed that the pc is under directx 11. My graphics card supports DirectX 10.1. I notice that when the PC starts, it is marked "upgrade to new data dmi". Could anyone help me please?

Your problem may be related to Windows 7 bug in previous versions. In my opinion, it would be good to download and install the latest version Windows 7 of catalyst (9.10), and test to see if the problem persists, which seems unlikely.

I just downloaded the driver. I restart the computer, msn and close all other unnecessary applications that slow down the game on pc and apparently it still does not work. Always the same problem, in Shift, it reaches the menu language (in Full Screen mode) and nothing was done, the logo bug thereafter. Also shouldn't I install DirectX 10.1? Because when I run dxdiag, it says that the operating system runs directx 11.

It looks to me like a version of Windows 7 pre-release (7100) and so the issue. All I can say is that I use a 7600, I also have Phenom II x4965, a 4870, and that all games runs very well.
