    Dell 1703FP OSD freeze

Having trouble with one of the monitors in a dual-monitor setup on a Vista machine... There were rolling blackouts all afternoon (storms) and my PC took a beating (kept getting shut off without warning). Once the power was restored, my 1703FP wasn't getting a signal. I got it working again, however the OSD menu is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise, is distorted, and will not let me change its settings. I tried the factory reset, but that only affected the color/brightness/contrast settings, which are now way off. When I boot up, the Dell logo splash screen is distorted as well. My other monitor (Dell E228WFP) is still working with no problems, so I'm not sure why the 1703 in particular is having issues or how to reset the OSD if at all possible. Thanks for any help!

Check the drivers, might have been corrupted due to constant power loss, also try to do a system restore from safe mode, see if that helps...
