Dell Ultrasharp U2410 monitor

I would like to buy a monitor which can give me a best quality. My main consideration is for gaming. I would like to know that is Dell Ultrasharp U2410 a good monitor? Or should i go for Dell 2209WA monitor? Kindly help me in choosing the right monitor. Any help would be appreciated.

The U2410 is a 24 inch non glossy monitor at 1920x1200 native resolution, using IPS panel technology. Connectivity options are vast with jacks for DisplayPort, DVI, HDMI, component, composite, and VGA. The monitor itself features a sleek design and touch sensitive LED buttons using capacitive touch method.

The panel supports DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI for fully digital sources as well as component, RCA and VGA for analog. The UltraSharp line is their "professional" line, so I doubt it will be 1920x1080. They already cover the 16:9 niche with the S2409W, a 24" 1920x1080 TN panel. Picture in picture and picture by picture is available, although if you've plugged in through DVI or HDMI you will only be able to choose VGA, DisplayPort, component or composite as the alternative source, you cannot pair a DVI with a DVI picture, or an HDMI with a DVI picture.
