Monitor Screen is yellow

Hello , I have a Dv400 monitor , I have a problem with my Screen,Occasionally, the screen is "yellow". and I want to know why it is yellow and how to make it white? , I am under windows XP, please tell me how to solve these problem please help me thanks in advance

hello , If your screen is yellow then it may be possible that your plug is not properly connected , also Have you checked your "light" and "contrast" settings , try calibirating this settings , also If you have another VGA port, it would be nice to try it?

hello , Look into yours graphics settings , also Check if your driver is updated or not and dont forget to check if your cable is connected properly or is it not defective , it it possible that There is a slight chance this could be just a bad contact, Try carefully moving the cable that attaches to the PC to see if the tint goes away. Re-seat the monitor cable. I would start looking at replacement of that monitor.

Right click on your desktop / Properties / Settings / Advanced / screen, in that option you should have access to adjust the frequency (Hz) that is the refresh rate for display. so choose the option "hide modes my monitor can not display" and select the fastest. this may solve your problem
