All right first of all i would like to know what kind of games you play.So it has a part in considering which one you need to purchase but DDR3 and 256/512 will work perfectly. Now coming to psu an Antec 350 Watt power supply is more than enough for your system with any new single GPU video adapter.

Which solely depends what your concentrating, if you purchase the 1GB DDR2 the card will support high resolutions but you won't get that much performance .The 256Mb DDR3 card would outperform the 1GB card. It really depends on the type of monitor and resolution . if it is 19'' screen that 256 is better. but if you have 22'' and above maybe the 1GB is optimum.

As far as your requirement get the 9600gt 512. they are about same price after mail in rebate and performance is way better. But I would suggest you to increase your budget a little bit and get a Radeon HD4670 which Comes to around 5500INR and is better than the 9500GT DDR3 256MB
