HDTV Flickering Problems

I removed to my cable HDMI 360 leader from my xbox TV it uses and it with cables normal of interrupting HDTV in the lateral one to be able to use my Easycap DC60+. Nevertheless, when I put to Pale 60hz even if I do not have my connected Easycap televising blinks. I have tried the Easycap in another television and well only worked seems to be my HDTV that I am using does nobody knows how I can solve it?
