Hello, Does anyone around here has any experience with this Dell SP2309W Monitor ? How its picture quality and web-cam quality etc? Any better monitor in compare to this? I wanna buy it for my gaming PC. Any help? Please guide me in right direction.

The above mentioned Dell SP2309 23-inch Monitor is not much better because It has the TN-panel ,which is oldest model. The best panel is S-PVA model.

I' m using Dell S2409W Monitor and its great, quality wise. It is a fantastic monitor for the price, cheaper than the 20", 3ms more response time but it doesn't matter as long as its under 8ms you have no ghosting anyway.
You can adjust the brightness of the monitor. Brightness shouldn't be your main concern. All LCD monitors are just best for gaming.
