Hey this is actually worlds first USB LCD Monitor.
This Samsung LD220 was shown in Korea at the 2009 world IT show. I must say its an amazing idea to have such an Display device with USB interface so you just need to connect it to your small laptops & even Your PDAs & Mobile Phones if the connectivity is made available in near future. Its 19 inch display is a really an benefit for people like me with small screen laptops.
I hope this can also work as a second screen too. Since I do some video editing work too on my lappy so I thing this gadget is more useful for guys like me.
Lets see what other tech guys say about my view.
IF YOU CAN'T Convince THEM ...
CONFUSE THEM ...
The monitor looks great and easy to use. Just simply add the monitor like a plug and play device via USB which is the most common way of accessing hardware. The contrast ration of 30,000:1 is becoming more common today. It is easily found in wide screen LCD Televisions. A 22" is wide screen which is enough for any users to play games or watch movies. I am quite excited about the UbiSync Technology. As per Samsung by this technology we can add up to 6 USB monitors to a single system. This also does not needs a graphic card or any complex software. This technology gives features which are beyond the limit of Dual Monitor and the complex cabling. The best I like about the monitor is that it gives a portability for those who wants a larger display or show up some high visual effects on their work.
