GPU from ATI and NVIDIA with support for DirectX 11

Hello,

I was thinking about the DirectX 11 that will be launched with Windows 7, and the graphic cards, they do n't currently support this DirectX version, when are they going to support it?. Also, if someone has any opinion on purchasing a new card at this time or just wait some time for launch of these cards with DirectX 11 support

Dude you better wait for some time since i heard that the upcoming ATI graphics processor with support for DirectX 11, the model is RV870, should be ready sciences release of Windows 7. Perhaps, ATI will release a new chip for video cards before, but most likely it will be roughly at the same time when Microsoft will introduce Windows 7, that is, in the second half of October. Around this time, and the planned high-performance chip ATI, although this information has not been confirmed officially.

I tell the GTX275 is a better slection, around the same price and it seems to come out on top in most games V the 4890. The new control panel option for Ambient Occlusion is also a nice added bonus, whilst it also apparently runs coolers, quieter and uses less power.

I would wait.Recently I saw a semi high profile title getting adjouned to include DX11 support for it (DIRT 2), this might mean that support for DX11 might be a lot higher than anticipated
