    dual screen remote connect, moving between screens

    I have a computer which has two monitors attached. I run Different resolution on each monitor like one 1600x1200 & other 1024 & 786. I help assist people with remotely connection. How to make remote connection full screen to the monitor???

    I don't know much about it But a guess i have which may work for you.. Just Do one thing try setting the second monitor as a primary in the setting Tab..! I hope this work if require the further assistance post here..!

    Try creating RDP connection withthe setting you require then create the shorcut for the icon you prefer to open it... & then Try launching it from there..!

    To make it full screen See he following code & change it if require...1

    Code:
    screen mode id:i:2
    and if not require full screen you can change it to the following code :

    Code:
    screen mode id:i:1
    So now can customize the width & height of the desktop...!
