Need Low Power Consumption PCI Video Card

I am looking for a low power video cardsearched extensively, but I cannot find the exact power specs for ATI and Nvidia video cards.My 2699 came with a Morex 60W.installed Xp Because of the whole 800x480 issue, I put an nVidia FX5200 64MB PCI card in. the 90W can't afford it. The power supply calculator figured out the 5200 as 60W at peak usage.So In search of specifically at these two cards to replace the FX5200.Because of their seemingly slower performance/lower power requirements and because they are custom resolution capable.Can anyone point me a chart of the power requirements of these cards?

I am fond of Nvidia.In order to get away from a No Bias opinion the following card should be cheap run at lower power and run great.

ATI X1600 series
ATI X1800 series - little higher power
Nvidia 6600 GT or TD
Nvidia 7600GT
Nvidia 7800 or 7900GT- little higher power

I am with 7800GT or a 7900GT.But bit cost more and use 15% more power... but it is so worth it. I guess you can earn some 7800GT's in the $189 - $200 range, 7900GT's sell a bit more but if you not agreed, I would stick with XFX as they seem to developing the only non problematic 7900GT's

I doubt anyone's measured such things before. Personally I have found that a lot of the NVidia low end stuff still drains quite a lot of power, and ATi's low end stuff isn't so bad, but it's variable between models... like the 9200 uses more power than a 9000 because it's based on 8500 architecture.may be you can order a 128MB GeForce 7300LE for $23 after MIR.or pick up a 128MB X600SE card for $16, but would prefer to use the 7300LE based on the power consumption chart.
