HD ready is high definition pictures which does not contain a built-in HDTV tuner. It means that the equipment can show you High Definition pictures broadcast by the TV and satellite channels, hard drive video recorders, DVD players and games consoles but it can not directly fed with hd source .The main advantage is of course that it is considerably cheaper.he full HD is come with 1080p with superb video quality. It dont require tuner to receive the signals. for more details about resolution check High Definition television HDtv

while the letter p stands for progressive scan and 1080p30 meaning 30 Hz.United States, ATSC support 1080p video, but only at the frame rates of 24, 25, and 30 frames per second (1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p30),In Europe 1080p25 signals have been supported by the DVB suite of broadcasting standards; higher frame rates, such as 1080p50 and 1080p60 so digital receivers feature support for 1080p signals at 50/60 Hz

The maximum progressive refresh rate at 1920x1080 for the TV is 30 frames so its 30Hz so it contain 30 frames of video.where in interlaced 60Hz contain 2 frames of 30 like even and odd fame which combine together for one frame so 1080p is better option but costly ..
