Hannspree HF289H vs ViewSonic VX2835wm 28 inch monitor

I wanted to buy Hannspree HF289H monitor for my computer. I play a lot of games and so I liked the features of the monitor. But my friend suggested me to go for ViewSonic VX2835wm and reason he gave me was that the Hannspree HF289H have a lot of problems noted recently. Is that true? Can you suggest me which 28 inch LCD monitor is best for me: Hannspree HF289H or ViewSonic VX2835wm?

Hannspree HF289H is an excellent monitor that offers stunning image quality in a large screen at a reasonable cost. The LCD monitor includes a native resolution of 1900 x 1200, or slightly better than 1080p. The resolution is sufficient at this size, and it keeps the cost very low. It includes 2 HDMI, component, VGA, and built in speakers. My Windows Vista desktop looks stunning on this monitor with colors very vibrant and text super sharp as I expected.

Hannspree HF289H is awesome and should be purchased in my opinion. I didn't noticed any lags while playing online games. Hannspree HF289H monitor has a good response time of about 3ms which is best from gamers point of view. It offers a great performance when compared with any other unit of its size, and that too at low cost. If you don't have powerful graphics card then also you can play the games you like at the lower resolution and still look great.
