The 24 inches have a Full HD resolution 1920 x 1200 pixels ideal for movies and HD games. The second advantage is the largest variety of tiles. There are TN also try the Samsung SyncMaster 245B the Acer AL2416W slab with PVA. Its viewing angles are generally more open.

The ViewSonic VX2435 is more expensive But it is much more rich. It loads a slab MVA 8 ms and a HDMI input, HDCP compatible. ViewSonic does one format over 1080i, not 1080p. This does not mean that the signal will not be progressive, but ViewSonic does not provide. Side video inputs are also VGA, the YUV, S-Video and composite RCA.Note that ViewSonic provides a cable HDMI to DVI adapter in the package. The ViewSonic VX2435wm is capable of supporting a wide range of resolutions by itself: 1920 x 1200, 1920 x 1080, 1650 x 1050, 1600 x 1200, 1600 x 900 1440 x 900 1440 x 576, 1400 x 1050, 1280 x 1024 , 1280 x 960, 1280 x 720 etc..

Yes I looked at the range available from ViewSonic but in fact Slab TN, whether for color, the angle of vision (especially for a screen this size) and rendering videos. And 26/28 "are all TN, logically and less expensive than the 24" MVA.SA-LTM240M2-L01 from Samsung, which is a PVA slab, I think it's also the Dell 2407.
