How to remove scratch from Plasma screen

hello friends,

There is a scratch on the screen of my new Plasma TV. I need to remove this scratch as it is right at the centre of the screen and disturbs while watching TV. I can't ignore this. Please suggest any method to remove the scratch form my plasma tv or is there any scratch removal product available.....

Check whether the screen of your Plasma TV is made up of glass or a plastic.
If your Plasma screen is made up of glass not a plastic, then only use the following tip -
take some Colgate toothpaste, put the toothpaste on the cotton, and rub only on the scratch back and forth for about 2 to 5 minutes....then wipe it clean and see if it's disappeared....

(toothpaste is a mild abrasive and can POLISH the scratch to make it disappear)....

However, if your Plasma screen is made up of plastic, then you can try brasso - a recommended product for polishing up scratched CDs/DVDs.

I would suggest you not to try anything on the screen of your plasma. Instead, check whether your plasma is under warranty and if scratch related issues are provided under warranty services. Some manufacturers do provide these additional services. If it's possible, then simply give it to them for removing scratches. They are professionals and obviously provide the best....
