Which resolution is best ? 1920 or 1200 x 1920 x 1080

I am planing to buy new PC. I would like to know what resolution is best for my usage. My usage and viewing of film, video games (Crysis Warhead ...) and many other uses.

My Config: Athlon 64 X2 3800 + S939, 2 * 1GB PC3200, 9600 GT 512mb, 2 * 320 GB Seagate SATA-II, K8N Pro SLI CRT 17 "Hyper 480W

To use the video 16 / 9 (1920 * 1080) is better (therefore not full-screen black bars). For games (hardware), the 16/10 will seek more the video card (approximately 10-15% pixel more) so we need a very good graphic card.

The Games are there perfectly compactible 16 / 9 (1920 * 1080) or is it best a 16/10 (1920 * 1200)
