9800GT Texture problem

hi,
i have a new computer with AMD Phenom II, Geforce 9800GT. And I have a problem with all games. for example, in Fallout, Crysis, CODA 4 the texture is far away for eg. a road sign and textures flickering, shaking.i just want all the textures to be converted in good quality. I tried to vista and XP, for older and newer drivers, and nothing ... What should I do?

Is it overclocked? Another thing that you have to check is the temperature, this thing happen due to high temperature,i also faced this problem while playing GTA 4 all the textures moved to wrong places. If it is overclocked then underclock it and test to see if it still happens.

I have noticed this an afew games myself! this problem cause if your Power Supply Unit is underpowered and you will need to replace it.As it could simply be the card over heating.If memory is correct, your CPU is a single core. Cryis will take all cores that you can give it so a multiple cored cpu would be better.

The field of view can be disabled in the graphics card driver.or try to update driver of you graphics card.
