What graphics cards are compatible with my motherboard any help?

Hi there i want to be able to play dawn of war as i recently brought it and i find that my graphics card is not upto standards.

The minimum specs for dawn of war 2 are:

* Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista SP1
* AMD Athlon 64x2 4400+ or any Intel Core 2 Duo
* 2 GB RAM (XP and Vista)
* A 256MB Video Card (Shader Model 3) - Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT / ATI X1900, or equivalent
* 5.5 GB of Hard Drive space

and i would like to get a graphics card compatible preferably from ebay but any pointers as in which graphics card would be good to look into would be nice too

If you are making a machine to run games on, which at some point most people are, then its possible that your graphics card could be one of the most expensive pieces of equipment in your machine. Because of this you really want it to fit into your motherboard. Today graphics cards come in two main forms. the most popular is now an PCI Express graphics card, the other is an older AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port)

for PCI-Express slot i would recommenced you 4830 or HD 4850 try this HD 4870 vs HD 4850

Well, you can try any of these for any Intel Core 2 Duo system:

7900GT
E6600
HD4850
HD4870
GTX260
7900GT

But i'll suggest to take HD4870 or GTX280, perfs price: HD4870.
