Ati mobility radeon 9600 and windows 7

I am using the following card,Ati mobility radeon 9600,when i Start my PC Then CPU usage reach to a maximum level as it shows 100% CPU usage and all the tab open in the explorer window goes very slow. I have download and restartd the PC several time but nothing happens please help.

Please try doing this,

1. Define your ATI Technology Display and Video device model.
2. Define your operating system to install your ATI Technology Display and Video device
3. Search Display and Video driver category
4. Find ATI Technology Display and Video driver
5. Select,Download and Install ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700/X300/X600/X700/X1300/X1400/X1600 Driver 9.3
6. Restart or reboot your computer to finish your driver installation.

I think there wont be any problem with the Video Drivers. I turned HYPER THREADING OFF in the BIOS and reinstalled Windows 7. All the SLOW screen and mouse click response went away. There must be a BIG bug in Windows 7 concerning the HT.

You may also check removing your card from the system then restart your system, and check whether PC works fine then you may come to know that problem is with your card or any other programs may not be working.

Also check for the backend services running on your system.This may also slow down your computer.
