Hi, i recently bought a new Geforce 9800M GS. I want to install a new video card, since mine is integrated, But i don't know how to disable my integrated card, before i install the new one.

yes you need to disable the onboard video in the bios. To do that When u switch on the computer start pressing keys like del or some f8 or f9 key ..This takes you to the bios where you can choose your display adapter.
Most computers automatically disable the on board video card when you plug a new one in. if not in the bios you should get the option to pick what one to use once both are plugged in.
No, you will NOT have to disable the intergrated card. The computer will automatically select the card that has a monitor attached to it.
However, you might have to enable BOTH cards if you plan to use multiple monitors
