Does AMD Radeon HD 6620G supports Call Of Duty modern warfare 3

Hi, I have recently purchased a new graphic card of AMD Radeon HD 6620G and I am unaware about its features. I am very much fond of gaming that’s why I have purchased this card as everyone told me that it supports gaming. But the only problem is that I have purchased a Call of Duty modern warfare 3 because of its excellent graphics, but the problem is that I don’t know that is this game supportable by my graphic card which I have recently purchased ? Can anyone help me solving this problem? Please give me suggestions and also tell me the features of the AMD Radeon HD 6620G graphic card.
