Graphics Card Geforce 8200 dedicated memory question

I have a Geforce 8200 graphics card.

Is it useful to have 512 MB of dedicated memory instead of 256 MB!

Will the performance be higher?

Since the GeForce 8200 chipset is integrated, it can not be memory, but shared memory. Given the weak performance, between 256MB and 512MB, it will not change anything.

And even 128 MB would be almost sufficient.

I just do a test with 3DMark 2005. No difference between 128 and 512 MB shared memory

My score is only 1715 with a tower equipped with a dual-core Athlon 5600 + and 2GB of Ram

The average of 1805 with the same configuration as mine
