Freezing problem with HD 4870

Hello all!
Here the problem is "simple" I have a freeze (the game freezes and I can not open task manager and stop the process of the game) when I play after an hour or even longer. My Graphics card is a Toxic HD 4870 1gb.

I give you my configuration:
Processor: E8600
Graphics card: Toxic HD 4870
RAM: 4GB G. Skill PC 8500
Power: Corsair 620Hx
Motherboard: P5Q-E

Note that I do not know the temp of my Graphics card (I know not with what you have, and I have no opportunity (for now). I admit that I do not know too much or could be the problem ...

Hi!
As stated Virus, you can read the temperature with realtemp or core temp for example. To map graph, you will be in the CCC overdrive tab (must uncheck the lock it seems to me, and I know lol). Or maybe you have GPU-Z, free software without installing sensors tab you all temperatures.

No need to uncheck (unless you make changes). and for your information So, my Graphics card is a 63 in idle. Before I did not have a Graphics card because I built this PC a few weeks ago (and I have had a freeze that 2 / 3 times before this post).

As far as temp
Core 0: 42
Core 1: 33 (with core temp)
and I have a 24 "why ?

63 idle is a bit high for a single gpu but nothing serious.The temp of the cores is normal. Been tested and comes with occt give the result after.
