When I plug my new screen Philips 240SW with my Sony TV on my graphics card Nvidia 8800 GT, the Philips horizontal stripes glittering ... but when I remove the Sony, everything returns to normal. I do not understand anything.
I tested the Philips on my laptop and everything is going well. I think it is a kind of conflict or interference in the Nvidia card.
What do you think? Thank you very much for all the help you can help me!

This can come from many things: the graphics card, the connections, even the food of your screen.
In short, your new branch screen without DVI adapter VGA da stone age if possible and do the same for your TV

If your screen CRT is probably because there are kinds of magnetic interference between the 2 screens showing these kinds of tapes
