You need to follow few of the steps Down :-

    1. Make sure all power cables are firmly plugged in. You may need to do this while the PC is on...be careful.
    2. Make sure all power connectors are in the right place
    3. Try a different graphics card and/or a different graphics port if you can (PCI, PCI-E, AGP etc)
    4. You may also want to try resetting the CMOS if you have changed the hardware. Do this by removing the CMOS battery. Its the big watch battery. Push a clip and pop it out.
    5. Keep it disconnected for 10-20 mins and put it back in.
    6. Check that your CPU fan/heatsink is properly and tightly fixed also.

    This Should fixed your Problem.

What you do is take out the battery, then disconnect all power to the computer so it's not able to retrieve power from anywhere.
Then you press the ON button and hold it for exactly 30 seconds. (can't be less or it won't work)
Then you get the AC power cord and plug it in, and turn on the power supply so the light glows. (the battery MUST still be out)
Then you switch on the computer and it should work.
After that you just shut down the computer and put the battery in again and switch it back.
What this does is reset the components of the computer, I don't know why it has done this but this method fixes it. I'm real glad it's ok cos I might've had to reformat
