I have a problem with my screen philips. My screen is green and I just do not adjust the brightness / contrast or color block at all remains (-1). I do not really know where it will come, I need help please

Green light appears? as plugged the vga in your graphics card?
try to move the connector to see if something change cable

yes I have done all I even connect to another PC but always the same
