Problem with HD4850

I bought a HD4850, and I have some problems with. In some games, I have a big problem of artifacts, or I do not know how to name it. And again it goes, because on some games it takes the whole screen, impossible to play, we see nothing.While some other games, no problem.
What might be the problem?
The map does not heat (70 ° maximum full load) and the frequency of origin.

2gb ram (generic)
Acer Motherboard
500W Antec Earthwatts
Windows Vista Home Premium.

Before everything worked very well with a 8800GT.
I'm done with the Race Driver Grid, Crysis, and Pure until now. Unlike Prince Of Persia, Left4Dead, Devil May Cry 4, CSS, UT3 and there it works well.

I think this is a bug in drivers, You update to 8.12 ? More evidence of your old nvidia driver ? i think the card is dead

Pass a helping Ccleaner and verify that nothing remains of NVidia drivers. and then install the latest drivers.
