    HD 4870 faster than 9800 GTX graphic card

    Hello, I want to know if this graphics card is more powerful than the 9800 GTX +, if it is compatible with XP and if it can be put on a PCI-E 16. Thank you

    The HD4870 is compatible with XP and with ports PCI-E and the first version 2.0.

    If you are comparing you should be comparing it with HD 4850 and 9800 GTX. lol

    yes. 4850 is comparable to 9800 GTX but 9800 GTX came out later and it was designed to spoil 4850. that's why 9800 GTX is better than 4850.

    to answer the original question, of course 4870 is better than 9800 GTX.
