    Gtx 280

    Hello.
I would like to know if a 280 gtx is powerful to run games like crysis in 1680x1050 or does it rely on hd4870x2.

    My configuration:
    Intel E8400
    P5E3 chipset x38
    Corsair DDR3 1333MHz
    corsair TX 750 w

    Thank you in advance.

Really, I do not know why the GTX280 still exists, knowing that for the same price or even less expensive, the HD4870X2 is much more efficient! go for HD4870X2.

Indeed, the GTX280 is very expensive but it is the single-gpu card the most powerful moment. For the card against the most powerful court, the ATI 4870X2.

And if you want to run Crysis at 1680x1050 substantive counsel you on the Gainward Golden Sample 4870. It is a much better value than the GTX280.

The choice is difficult. I'm hardcore fan of ati! but at the level of drivers even when they have a lot of trouble! I think I'll wait a little longer and see how to include the new gtx 295.

Whether it's nVidia or ATI, both of misery with their drivers. We can not naturally say that one of the best drivers than the other.
