touchscreen seeking

hello, I have a media center and I admit that all wireless accessories are all nice. I'd like to have only a small touch screen next to my sofa (which is 3 meters from my pc) or I could navigate through windows as I navigate with my mouse, because it's not very handy with a mouse on my sofa.
are there any real solutions please?
regardless of price, whether or not.. lol.
