Big problem screen 17 "TFT HP L1702

I have a strange problem with my flat screen ...

it tends to shut (I do not pass on standby ...) especially when I leave a "full screen" to return to the office!

I have read elsewhere (although not, Infidel!) TFT screen that some are facing problems of frequency / display resolution:
Before, with my old CRT, to avoid the effect of flickering I set the frequency of 75 Hz So I reduced the frequency in the making 60Hz. Wanting to change the resolution (I remain on 1024 * 768 ...), my screen does not ... and off again!

As every time, after disconnecting the power sector, it takes 5 / 10 minutes before reconnecting all to find a functional screen.

It is painful, I launched more applications. in full screen afraid to extinguish it (except GP3 motorcycle, I understand why!)

For info, I opened the bug, see history of the state components, cards and other cabling, but no, everything seems to own: no condos or inflated component having a heat stroke

and of course, no manual in French for this screen, the drivers hp date in 2005 (what, what I have said?), utilities available on the site of HP are void of magnesium. ..

I look at dxdiag, but I stayed on my hunger .... not want to see a cube bounding in full screen ..... before the screen goes off!

1024x768 why? or I did not understand what you meant

the native resolution of your HP L1702 is: 1280x1024 60HZ and nothing else.

1024 * 768, was the resolution of my CRT when I put the TFT, I have not changed ...

and visibly, it might be coming to!

the problem is that the screen turns off as soon as I change the resolution, I turned in circles ..

Re: Big problem screen 17 "TFT HP L1702

An LCD that does not work properly in its native resolution
HP L1702 tone is: 1280x1024 60HZ and nothing else.

your driver does not view this resolution? update your graphics driver!
Your graphics card does not allow this resolution? changes card!
is too small? change screen or glasses!

you do not have much choice of what
