NVIDIA Quadro4 750 XGL on ASRock P4 combo?

but I am certain limit for games, I recovered a NVIDIA Quadro4 750XGL 128 mb. I then installed on the motherboard and when I turn on the PC, it starts and then cut out a few seconds. I'm not a pro or a beginner but it is beyond me I do not even know if they are compatible.
how can I do to make this work?

The problem must come from your graphics card, but it is surprising that it will shut itself off after 10 seconds ... Try your quadro on another PC and see if it works
