White screen during start up on Dell Laptop

I have an excellent Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop. I have severe symptoms now at the start. I can see the clouds forming on the edges of the screen and then spread slowly spreading to the center within a few second almost white to make the entire screen.

After a lot of research and manipulation, I could conclude that:

• the screen is white and not black
• this happens even if there is no hard drive. the drivers for the video card have no impact.
• the PC starts without problem when connected to an external monitor.

So I can conclude that there should not a problem of video cable connecting the graphics card on the screen.

It is, basically, the death of the monitor. I mean this is not the matter of particular portion of the screen but the slick video HUMOR.

Normally, it is a costly repair.

You can try to buy a cable and change, but there are strong chances that your problem comes from the slab.

Basically, this problem happens when the frequency of cooling is not good
