problem in CRT monitor

mine is LG crt monitor, i used to keep my monitor wit my creative speakers..... one day my

creative speakers creatively took off my monitor colors, now i can't differentiate colors

now, A blueish color appear in my monitor, it happened 3 month back and i now keep my

spkrs awy frm mnitr, now also it's not working........ wat is the solution for this?

Try Degaussing it. Look it up in ur user manual. U have to use the buttons present on the monitor.

It happens coz the speaker contained magnet....it afeects ur monitor...its always advisable to keep away magnetic materials from the phosphorous coated crt screen.

As the earlier guy said degaussing is the correct method..if its a temperorly problem it have to get clearded....u can check with the color levels also

color patch can be removed with the help of a magnet.....

k....... now i confirm i'v to take my monitor to LG service center i'll do tat one, i knw tat it is

bcz of speakers but i want knw which part of my monitor was effected and y?

Dont worry, magnetic field has created the problem. It can be solved by a simple magnet. For an example bring a magnet near to your screen. You wil come to know that by bringing the magnet closer to your monitor it will create a blue color. By bring the magnet closer to your infected part of your screen and takng it away from the monitor will help you to remove the blueish color from your monitor. Make sure you do from inside the screen towards the outor side of the screen.
