Do I have enough power for this 2600xt?

I had this Dell Xps 400 and was thinking to put this Graphic card in it.

will this be able fit in my Xps system? i wondered if i do not need and extra power supply for it pls give proper suggestions.

I don't know why do you want to buy a card thats is year 2 generations old... That card is too expensive for a system that wont be used for gaming and is kinda weak compared to say a HD3850 for the same price. Now the 3850 will need a 6 pin pci-e cable but with a 450W psu and the provided adapter I'm quite sure it wpuld work good. The 3850 is already one genration behind but at least it still old its own with newer games ...
