graphics card on MSI GX700

Hello, I have a asus A7Sn past few months. For some time, I have big bugs displays arriving anytime, but especially a few seconds after switching on the PC.The pc freezes for a few seconds and then reboot.

I formatted my pc, changed drivers .....The problem is the same under
Linux.
Do I conclude that my graphics card is "dead"?
