Configuration to play HD videos

I would like to know if the following are sufficient to play HD videos (full and not full HD) on TV .

• Atom N270 with a map integrated GMA900 (configuration Netbook) - Atom N270 with a map integrated GMA900 (configuration Netbook)
• Small Core 2 Duo card with an integrated 4500HD - Small Core 2 Duo card with an integrated 4500HD
• Small Core 2 Duo with a 9200M G - Small Core 2 Duo with a 9200M G
• Small Core 2 Duo with a 9300m G - Small Core 2 Duo with a 9300m G
• Small Core 2 Duo with a HD3450 - Small Core 2 Duo with a HD3450
• Small Core 2 Duo with a HD3470 - Small Core 2 Duo with a HD3470

Most Netbook are not powerful enough to read the HD (including the H264 in 1080).

HD decompression for the power of the Grephics card has nothing to do, it just that the GPU incorporates the functions of decoding, which is the case of 780G as the HD4870.
And a E2xxx alone without Configuration is able to decompress a stream hassle-free HD.
