Upgrading 6600 GT

I wonder whether its worth investing in a HD4650 (AGP) to replace my 6600 GT, what is the Performance compared to a 6600 GT?

My config:
Athlon 64 3200 +
MSI K8N Neo
1 GB ram
MSI 6600 GT 128 MB
