when i switch on my machine, the monitor dialog box(some how readable sometimes) says it goes to 70 Hz 1024 X860 resolutin, whike the normal frequency is 60 Hz.Even i cant go to BIOS to do changes or any thing.
    Configuration:
Processor AMD dual core 2.8 Ghz
No graphics card (inbuilt onboard graphics card)

You need to increase the refresh rate of your CRT monitor to prevent it from noticeably flickering, following steps can be useful

    1. Right Click on the Desktop
    2. Select “Properties”
    3. Click on the “Settings” Tab
    4. Click on the “Advanced”button
    5. Open up the “Monitor” Tab
    6. Manually increase the “Screen Refresh Rate”, which is measured in Hertz.
